You can be removed from our mailing list at any time that you wish by sending us an email with unsubscribe in the title line.

Returns:
Unused or unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange only.

All content on luxville.org is the sole property of luxville use of any such content is expressly forbidden without prior consent.

Shipping policy:
All orders will be filled subject to item availability and credit approval. You will be notified immediately if there is any unforeseen delay in processing your order.
Shipping costs include handling fees and rates are calculated according to ups rates based on destination as determined by zip code.
Shipping calculations are made at checkout.
Ups requires both a full street address and phone number. They will not deliver to p.o. boxes

Rush orders:
Ups next day and 2nd day are shipped within 3 business days

Regular orders:
Ups ground orders may take up to 10 days to be received
We ship from the luxville studios in Somerville Massachusetts.

U.S. shipping schedule:
We ship orders out Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you order before 2PM (Eastern Standard Time), we typically ship the same day. This applies to orders shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and through the U.S. postal service to U.S. addresses, for in-stock products.
